This policy does not govern third-party websites or platforms that maintain their own privacy policies.

Depending on how you interact with AdvantEdge, we may collect the following categories of information:

Payment-card information may be collected and processed directly by a payment processor, such as Stripe. AdvantEdge does not intend to store complete payment-card numbers in its HubSpot CRM.

When you visit our website or interact with our emails, we and our technology providers may automatically collect information such as:

3. Information You Should Not Submit
Please do not submit passwords, authentication codes, recovery codes, Social Security numbers, complete payment-card numbers, private financial-account credentials, medical information, or other highly sensitive personal information through a general AdvantEdge or HubSpot form.
When account access is required to perform contracted services, AdvantEdge will provide separate instructions for granting access through appropriate user invitations, delegated permissions, or secure credential-sharing methods.
4. How We Use Information
AdvantEdge may use collected information to:
● Respond to inquiries and consultation requests; ● Create or update Contact and Company records in our HubSpot CRM; ● Evaluate prospective-client needs; ● Prepare proposals, assessments, recommendations, and strategic plans; ● Produce and deliver the Digital Authority Assessment; ● Provide contracted marketing, consulting, and advisory services; ● Process onboarding information and administer client engagements; ● Schedule meetings and communicate about requested services; ● Register participants for webinars, events, downloads, or educational programs; ● Send transactional and service-related communications; ● Send newsletters or promotional communications when permission has been provided or when otherwise permitted by law; ● Maintain records of consent, communication preferences, agreements, and project activity; ● Improve our website, services, forms, communications, and customer experience; ● Analyze website and campaign performance;
● Prevent fraud, misuse, security incidents, or unlawful activity;
● Protect our legal rights and enforce our agreements; and
● Satisfy applicable legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations.
Submission of a form does not automatically authorize AdvantEdge to send unrelated promotional email where separate consent is legally required. Marketing preferences may be managed independently from communications necessary to answer an inquiry, deliver a requested resource, or perform contracted services.
5. How We Will Not Use Personal Information
AdvantEdge will not:
● Sell personal information to third parties for monetary compensation; ● Rent personal information or contact lists; ● Trade personal information with unrelated third parties; ● Provide personal information to third parties for their independent direct-marketing purposes without appropriate notice or consent; ● Use passwords or account credentials submitted through an unsecured general form; ● Publish private client information, strategies, assessment findings, or results without authorization; ● Use client information for purposes materially unrelated to the reason it was collected without providing appropriate notice; or ● Represent that submission of a business inquiry constitutes unlimited consent to receive marketing communications.
6. HubSpot CRM and Service Providers
Information submitted through our online forms may be transmitted to and stored in our HubSpot CRM. HubSpot helps AdvantEdge manage contacts, companies, form submissions, communications, marketing preferences, appointments, and client relationships.
We may also disclose information to service providers that perform legitimate business functions on our behalf, including:
● Website hosting and maintenance providers; ● CRM and marketing technology providers; ● Email-delivery services; ● Payment processors; ● Electronic-signature providers; ● Cloud-storage and document-management providers; ● Analytics and reporting providers; ● Scheduling and video-conferencing platforms; ● Professional advisers; and ● Contractors assisting with authorized client work.
These disclosures are made only as reasonably necessary to operate our business, respond to requests, provide services, protect our interests, or comply with law. Service providers may process information according to their agreements with AdvantEdge and their applicable privacy and security obligations.
HubSpot and other technology providers may use approved subprocessors to host, secure, maintain, and support their services.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, the nature of the relationship, legal requirements, and legitimate business needs. Information that is no longer required will be deleted, anonymized, or securely disposed of when reasonably practicable

AdvantEdge uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, loss, or disclosure.
These safeguards may include controlled account access, strong authentication, reputable cloud-service providers, software updates, secure access procedures, and limitations on who may access client information.
No internet transmission, email system, website, CRM, or data-storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to request that AdvantEdge:
● Confirm whether we maintain personal information about you; ● Provide access to certain personal information; ● Correct inaccurate or incomplete information; ● Delete certain personal information; ● Restrict or object to certain processing; ● Provide certain information in a portable format; ● Honor a request not to sell covered personal information; ● Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; or ● Stop sending promotional communications
AdvantEdge does not sell personal information as that term is ordinarily defined under applicable state privacy laws. Nevertheless, eligible consumers may submit a verified request directing us not to sell their covered information.

We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and protect against fraudulent requests. Authorized agents may be required to provide evidence of their authority. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
AdvantEdge will not unlawfully discriminate against an individual for exercising an applicable privacy right.
13. Nevada Privacy Rights
Nevada residents may submit a verified request directing AdvantEdge not to make a sale of covered information, as defined by applicable Nevada law.
AdvantEdge does not currently sell covered information for monetary consideration. Nevada residents may nevertheless submit an opt-out request using the contact method listed in Section 12.
14. California and Other State Privacy Rights
Residents of California and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have additional rights when the applicable law and its coverage thresholds apply to AdvantEdge.
These rights may include access, correction, deletion, portability, and the right to opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling. AdvantEdge will evaluate and respond to valid requests in accordance with the law applicable to the requesting individual and the company.
15. Children’s Privacy
AdvantEdge’s website and services are intended for businesses and adults. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13
If we learn that such information has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. A parent or legal guardian who believes that a child has provided information may contact us using the information in Section 12.
16. Third-Party Websites and Services
Our website, forms, emails, and content may contain links to third-party websites or services. AdvantEdge does not control and is not responsible for the privacy, security, content, or practices of those third parties.

AdvantEdge is based in the United States. Information submitted from outside the United States may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate.
